Procurement & Contract Negotiation
Once we understand the nature of your event and your goals, we help you select and procure the right cruise ship, at the right price, in the right location. Most themed cruise operators lack experience managing the cruise-line relationship and negotiate poorly — leaving value on the table. We make sure you get the right price and, importantly, a payment plan that works with your expected sales pacing.
Budgeting
Budgeting is an art, and we have you covered. We develop detailed financial plans and cash-flow forecasts so you can understand the importance of sales pacing, stage payments for the vessel and your entertainment commitments.
Event Management

Logistics
It is critical for the success of any themed cruise that the vessel looks the part the moment guests step aboard.
